Job purpose
Responsible for handling market data management, market forecast, performance tracking according to the company’s strategy, as well as for transforming data into insights that drive business value (data analytics, data visualization and data modelling techniques). Supports Customer & Consumer teams in finding growth opportunities as well as conducting Market Research. Manages and maintains the automated processing and reporting of sales data to support the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Manages multiple source of data, IQVIA master data set, develops standard & project-based reports/dashboards (from single or multiple systems)

Provide ongoing reports from different data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

Provides insights related to the specific reports/analyses in order to support Customer & Consumer Teams in data driven decision making processes

Contributes to Market Research Studies – iTRACKER
Job-holder requirements
Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Analytics or related discipline
Experience:
-
Min 3 years of experience in Market Research, Data Science or Analytics

Experience in data warehouse, data modelling, data mining & databases management
-
Fluency in English, Romanian language native
Core knowledge, competencies & skills:
-
User knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Cognos, Qlik Sense/Qlik View)

Strong knowledge and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

Advanced level of excel, Power pivot data models development, pivot table usage
