Job Description – Civil Supervisor

Wind Farm Project, Romania

Position: Civil Supervisor
Location: various locations (Romania)
Type: Fixed-term – Project duration

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all civil works including foundation excavation, concrete pouring, and structural installations for wind turbine bases

Monitor construction quality, material compliance, and adherence to technical specifications and design drawings

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution

Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports; track schedule and budget performance

Manage surveying activities, setting out, and dimensional verification of structures

Ensure compliance with Romanian building codes and Bureau Veritas technical standards

Document all construction activities, test results, and quality assurance records

Identify and resolve technical issues; coordinate with design team on change orders

Liaise with local authorities and project stakeholders on civil construction matters

Requirements

Civil Engineering degree or equivalent professional qualification

5+ years' experience in renewable energy or large infrastructure projects

Proficiency with construction management software and surveying tools

Strong knowledge of Romanian civil engineering regulations and international standards

Excellent communication skills (English/Romanian fluency)

Availability for permanent on-site placement
