Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire clinic’s operations : You will manage all non-medical aspects, ensuring smooth coordination and operational efficiency. Consultation & Investigations Management : Coordinate doctor and assistant schedules, ensuring smooth operations for patient consultations and medical investigations. Manage maintenance of medical equipment and clinic spaces, ensuring they are always ready for use. Surgical Department Oversight : Handle scheduling for surgeons and support staff, ensuring timely procedures. Oversee the maintenance of surgical equipment, inventory of consumables, and ensure all operational needs are met for optimal patient care. Store Operations : Manage inventory, oversee retail sales, and drive the performance of the store. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and meets sales targets while maintaining premium standards. Marketing Strategy & Execution : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase the clinic’s visibility and promote the services offered across all departments. Administrative Leadership : Handle overall administrative functions, including staff management Streamline operations to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and grows sustainably. Growth Management : Manage and oversee the clinic’s rapid growth. You'll be responsible for driving and managing this expansion while ensuring operational integrity and maintaining service quality. Patient Satisfaction & Experience : With our client’s premium service positioning, patient satisfaction is paramount. Ensure that all clinic processes contribute to a superior experience, from the initial interaction to post-care follow-ups. Cross-Department Collaboration : Negotiate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including visiting specialist doctors, to manage complex scheduling and ensure all patient care needs are met without disruption. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role managing clinic operations, healthcare services, or a related field. Experience in managing multiple departments is essential. Strong leadership and organizational skills : Ability to oversee teams, balance competing priorities, and manage operational complexity in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills : Ability to work closely with medical professionals, vendors, patients, and staff to ensure clear communication and smooth operations. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities : Able to handle complex scheduling, equipment maintenance, and administrative processes with precision and care. Customer-focused mindset : Understanding the importance of patient satisfaction and delivering high-quality service in a premium healthcare setting. Previous experience working with high-expectation clients is a plus. Proficient in process optimization : Able to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining the quality of care.
