CNC OPERATOR in Câmpina

Prepare the half-finished good for the machining operation;Run the CNC program, according to the operating instruction and technical specifications;Perform the measurement and checking of the machined components, using measurement tools, according with requirements and technical specifications;Notify immediately the Production Supervisor when identify technical problems in CNC machine running/ operating;Load and handle the components in a safe way using the proper lifting/ transportation equipments;Ensure the traceability of the machined components by filling in the required data in the specific IT systems (ex SAP MII)Ensure that all the products meet the quality requirements and technical specifications;Participate to the daily work shift opening meeting;Verify the status the tools, jigs and fixtures, ensure their preparing for the next work and execute the proper cleaning before to store them into the designed location;Ensure the tools &inserts change Maintain in good working conditions the CNC machine where is assigned to work as well as the tools, jigs, fixtures and all the other used equipment;Perform the work hand over to the next shift to ensure a smooth transition of the production activity;Fill in the visual management production reports with the required data, including the comments related to the not achieving the planned production target;Fill in the checklists required for different activities (Autonomous Maintenance, changing the part etc) which are posted within the workplace area on the visual management system boards;Carry out the activity according to the steps described on the "standard activities checklist".Minimum Job Qualifications Graduate of Vocational School / Mechanical High SchoolRelevant work experience of at least 2 years in heavy industry or oil equipment productionPC operating skills (Word, Excel)Knowledge of measuring instruments (subler, micrometer, etc.)Technical drawing knowledgeKnowledge of machine operation with numerical control
