LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUYour profile You have a bachelor’s degree with commercial focus orcomparable long-term experience.You have base knowledge in IFRS / ICFR applicable regulations.You have experience in project execution including planningand managing interfaces to related functions, e.g., purchasing, logistics, cost-reporting,manufacturing.You are customer, result and quality oriented as well ashighly motivated and committed. You understand the work in an international matrix organizationand are familiar with self-drive agile teams. You have advanced MS Office365 applications skills and arefamiliar with SAP SD, MM, FI and CO.You speak English fluently. German is desirable.Your affinityto digital innovation is a plus.Your responsibilities As a team member with focus on commercial project support you will contribute to manage offer, order, implementation and logistics management for components, tools, consumables, and services for long term power plant service contracts as well as for Open Market Business.You will ensure cost effective on-schedule delivery of necessary goods and services in accordance with the project requirements and in alignment with project CPM.You will ensure efficient communication with all relevant internal stakeholders.You will organize and coordinate with the projects logistics experts in terms of export & customs control requirements and logistics to fulfill the contract obligations to end-customer.You will support the projects in monitoring, analyzing and reporting the costs related to the project to the CPM and support the claim management by providing defect analysis as well as solutions.You will support commercial project management related tasks e.g., preparation of tax related documentation for Permanent Establishments, assistance in delegation of Field Service employees, preparation of ICFR documentation, clarification Export Control and Customs requirements, maintenance of key project data.As part of the commercial project management team you will support the project in analyzing, correcting and reporting the project costs including re-postings of costs and project clean-up and closure - in accordance with the applicable processes and guidelines. You will support internal continuous improvement processes.
