LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUYour profileYou have a bachelor’s degree with commercial focus orcomparable long-term experience.You have base knowledge in IFRS/ICFR applicable regulations.You have experience in project sales support and/orproject execution including planning and managing interfaces to related functions,e.g., purchasing, logistics, cost-reporting, manufacturing.You are result and quality oriented as well as highlymotivated and committed. You understand the work in an international matrix organizationand are familiar with self-drive agile teams. You have advanced MS Office365 applications skills and arefamiliar with SAP SD, PS, MM, FI and CO.You speak English fluently. German is desirable.Your affinity to digital innovation is a plus.Your skills in Salesforce.com (SFDC) are a plus, but notmandatory.Your interest in the energy transformation,decarbonization, development of new products and businesses completes yourprofile.        Your responsibilitiesAs a team member with focus on commercialproject support you will contribute to manage offer, order, implementation andlogistics for new and established business related to Retrofitting/ModernizationBusiness.You will ensure cost effective and timely coordination andpreparation of commercial activities as part of the offer process and timely deliveryof required goods and services in accordance with project requirements and inalignment with the project responsible.You will ensure efficientcommunication with all relevant internal stakeholders.You will organize and coordinate withthe projects logistics experts in terms of export & customs controlrequirements and logistics to fulfill the contract obligations to end-customer.You will support the projects inmonitoring, analyzing and reporting the costs related to the project to the projectresponsible and support the claim management by providing defect analysis aswell as solutions.You will support commercial projectmanagement related tasks e.g., preparation of tax related documentation,creation of internal Service Agreements, assistance in hour tracking,assistance in delegation of Field Service employees, preparation of ICFRdocumentation, clarification Export Control and Customs requirements, maintenanceof key project data.You will support in maintainingand improving of data quality in SFDC and help to create a consistent reportingfor Brownfield TransformationAs part of the commercial salesand project management team you will support the project in analyzing, correctingand reporting the project costs including re-postings of costs and projectclean-up and closure on a regular basis - in accordance with the applicable processesand guidelines.
