Job Description
Position Summary:
Supporting the global Compensation & Benefits Center of Excellence in developing and delivering a portfolio of performance driven, market competitive, fair and compliant compensation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Support merit increase budget recommendations process.
- Monitor annual planning process and differentiation across the assigned businesses; run reports, conduct analysis, recommend proposed changes
- Support and execute compensation survey submission process, development of salary ranges and conduct annual market reviews for geographic specific areas
- Support job evaluation process using Mercer IPE methodology
- Run audit reports in Oracle to ensure data integrity on key C&B elements (Incentive plans, Incentive targets, action reason codes…etc.)
- New reports and Dashboard creation in Oracle system
- Help maintain and improve global compensation tools
YOU NEED
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years progressive multinational experience, ideally in a Compensation and Benefits role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advantage to know macros, programing or statistical modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English, both verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills to translate numbers into a meaningful language for leadership
- Ability to develop and manage good working relationships based on trust, teamwork and knowledge
- Comfortable working in a team and global changing environment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
