Key Accountabilities:

Be accountable for the execution of the Configuration Management process;

➢ Responsible for the complete process adherence to ASMM and handling of process according to SLAs/OLAs;

➢ Ensure that registered Configuration records meet criteria as per the data model;

➢ Act as an escalation point to expedite resolution;

➢ Provide regular feedback to the Regional/GBU Process Owner (RGPO);

➢ Coordinate resolution involving internal support groups, vendors, suppliers, customers and manage any roadblocks;

➢ Liaison with team managers of all Technical Experts to ensure swift implementation of actions within their targets;

➢ Coordination with suppliers, contractors, 3rd parties, etc. to ensure timely resolution and contractual fulfillment and involve Supplier Management when necessary;

➢ Ensure that KPIs are reported and their targets met;

➢ Take escalations from Process Coordinator and handle them accordingly

Desired profile:

Experience/Knowledge Essential

• Detailed knowledge of the theory and operation aspects of their process;

• Operational experience in the Incident Management process is a plus;

• Understanding of the ITIL best practices;

• Experience in a customer service environment;

• Competent with Microsoft Office.

Experience/Knowledge Desirable

• Relevant industry knowledge and technical skills (database administration, internet protocol, application monitoring, unix systems, networking, server virtualization);

• ITIL Foundation and/or ITIL Intermediate certifications would be an advantage;

• ServiceNow.
