Tasks
- Rechnungsprüfung inkl. der Gültigkeitsprüfung von Bürgschaften und Freistellungsbescheinigungen
- Rechnungsbearbeitung (in SAP FI) inkl. Anzahlungen und Schlussrechnungen
- Plausibilisierung von Rechnungspositionen/ Kontierungen und Aufteilung auf Sachanlagegüter
- Durchführung von Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten nach lokaler und internationaler Rechnungslegung
- Prüfung und Buchung von kreditorischen Vorgängen sowie Führung und Buchung des Anlagevermögens der Gesellschaft
- Laufende Buchung von Sachkontenvorgängen sowie Kontrollaufgaben bei der Bilanzierung von Bankkonten
- Unterstützung der Finanzleitung bei Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
Qualifications
- Ausbildung entsprechend der deutschen Qualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter/Steuerfachangestellter von Vorteil
- Sichere Kenntnisse der internationaler Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS), Kenntnisse im deutschen Handelsrecht (HGB) von Vorteil
- 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz - und Rechnungswesen in einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Team - und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Fähigkeit zu eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
