The role
Core:
Participate as technical lead in mid-size to large size project teamsTechnical coordination & collaboration amongst the teamEnsure successful delivery of larger engagements with high complexity based on best practicesInfrastructure sizing, installation, migration, upgrades, patching integration, fine tuning and customization of customer SAP landscapesPossess foundational working knowledge of general principles of SAP Technologies such as SAP HANA migration approaches, S/4 Migrations and cloud vendor technologies Database technology basic skills regarding non HANA system platforms (MS, Oracle & DB2) Familiarity with the different policies, procedures and standards of ITIL and other methodologies.Contribute to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project).Re-uses existing Knowledge Management to accelerate solutions deliveryJob Specific :
Contribute to Design Deliverables to ensure solution implemented is aligned to required project outcomes.Able to independently complete solution implementation for SAP workloadsAble to learn quickly, and keep pace with rapid changes in the cloud space, including the introduction and deployment of new cloud platforms and tools.Contribute on building documentations and best practices on SAP.Obtain and maintain platform and SAP vendor certifications. Experience and desire to work in a technology consulting environment Assist team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (Implementations, Upgrades and Migrations) and support with ongoing projects Providing BASIS support for projects involving HANA and S/4HANA Provide architectural guidance on cloud migration (AWS, GCP, Azure) Design end-to-end security for SAP on premise and SAP Cloud based applications including two factor authentications and single sign-on from anywhere on any device. Technical Skills
SAP HANA certified, SAP Migration certified, Cloud infrastructure technology certification such as Azure or AWSIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Basis technologiesConfiguring, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting SAP environmentsMust have previous experience working in upgrades, OS/DB migrations and HANA migration projects (experience in Implementation and blueprinting is a big plus)SAP Basis and Security Authentication – Strong Knowledge and Hands on experience on Technical Planning, Installations, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode Conversions, S/4HANATechnically fluent inOperating System (Unix/Windows/Linux), Database Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/ MaxDB ) administrationSAP HANA in-Memory PlatformSAP HANA Data provisioning technology including SAP LT, Data Services, DXC, Sybase replication serverSAP HANA scale-out and standalone deployment, administration and optimization experience and knowledgeFiori PlatformCloud Migrations (AWS, GCP, Azure)Experience in installing and implementing SAP’s User Experience and Mobile Solutions including Fiori, Gateway, SMP, and HCPmsBe analytical, results-driven and have a solution oriented approach.Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, listening and presentation.Prior experience involving client/customer interaction requiredAny experience in Fiori install and configuration highly desiredStrong preference for candidates with S/4HANA experienceSoft Skills:
