Requirements:
• B2 English, Spanish & Italian language level
• Excellent communication skills tailored to the needs of the interlocutor;
• Observation spirit, reaction speed and promptness in thinking;
• Ability to work independently, without supervision and continuous guidance, flexible under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment;
• Fast learner and empathic behavior.
Responsibilities:
• Advising and assisting clients according to their needs by responding with accurate and complete terms via email and/ or social media ensuring that the customer's problem is solved from the first interaction
• Proposes with promptness and discernment solutions for correcting and solving the reported incidents adapted to each client
• Accurately documenting all assisted or initiated interactions in project-specific applications (platforms), in accordance with the flow of steps
