Continuous Improvement Specialist Job Req ID: 106657 Location: Satu Mare, RO, 440268 Work Type: Full time Contract Type: unlimited In order to support the Continuous Improvement department in Satu Mare, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Responsibilities:Implement and coordinate Continuous Improvement Processes;Providing expert knowledge for continuous improvement and problem solving (e.g. Lean & Six Sigma Management);Implementation of CIP-Principles and Standards in the plant (Pull, Takt, Shopfloor Management, 5S, etc.);Identify and realize improvement potential (time, quality, costs, productivity, inventory, capex) during the entire product lifecycle as well as implement relevant improvement measures;Coordinate programs Shopfloor Management, Change Management and Visual Management;Cooperate in a ‘best practice’ database with the involvement of the plant management Plan and conduct workshops for various plant functions (e.g. Production, Logistics, etc.) to identify improvement potential (e.g. with regard to minutes, space and material, parameterization of production equipment, reduction of error rates, etc.).
