Candidatul ideal
- Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering or architecture;
- 3 years of experience in a comparable field;
- Very good knowledge of national and international construction contracts (HG 1, FIDIC);
- In-depth knowledge of construction operations, construction contract, construction process planning, and costing are an advantage;
- Very good know-how of MS Office;
- Business communication in Romanian and English, spoken and written;
- Willingness to travel in the area of responsibility;
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking as well as analytical and conceptual skills;
- You have a confident manner, negotiating skills and communication skills;
- An independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working round off your profile.
Descrierea jobului
- Support of the project team in the contractual process;
- Examination, preparation and negotiation of addendums and subcontracts/supply contracts;
- Contract negotiations with partners, designers and consultants; compiling of internal and external agreements; drafting contracts;
- Supervision and further development of the events that lead to claims;
- Claim management / Defending Sub-claims;
- Documentation, enforcement and monitoring of additional requirements;
- Advice and support for the project team in defending against claims from clients and subcontractors;
- Independent controlling and the necessary correspondence for project;
- Documentation of results and reporting.
