Description
The individual will beresponsible for:
- Data and Knowledge Management of regulatory dossiers and information exchanged with Regulatory Authorities and for the recording and archiving of the data in Syngenta’s regulatory databases;
- Managing and editing Country Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in cooperation with Regulatory manager(s)/specialist(s) in the territory under responsibility and in line with national requirements, registered classification based on Global Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS);
- Responsible for compliance laying within regulatory remits for MSDS, labels, Poison Center Notifications in Romania
- Being the regulatory contact of Artwork Coordinator for labels creation by providing the updated regulatory text for local labels;
- Administrative support to the Registration Team;
- Procurement and management of office supplies;
- Archiving of hard and electronic files;
- Organization and maintenance of the team-related local database(s);
- Order and invoice processing (SAP, etc.);
- Tracking and reporting of the budget (deferrals, provisions, functional cost analysis for regulatory fees, etc) including preparation and support of internal audits.
Qualifications
- A degree in Science or Agronomy;
- Mastery of IT tools and databases;
- Good knowledge CP, biocides, bio-stimulants and fertilizers products/substances, their classification and authorization regulations, will be a plus;
- Demonstrates precision and rigor;
- Team player with pronounced flexibility, resilience and agility, even under time pressure;
- Excellent administrative skills: attention to detail whilst maintaining the overview, coupled with strong coordination skills;
- Service focused, structured, efficient working;
- Continuous improvement mindset striving for increased efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day business;
- Ability to priorities and deliver goals on time;
- Fluent in Romanian language and good ability to use the English language in an international professional environment.
