Role title: Customer Relationship Management and Sales - Trainer Function: CCO – VP Sales & Customer Success Reports to: Beatriz Solano Head of Sales Effectiveness Location: Romania Sales and Customer Success Trainer The SCS trainer is the glue between Colt’s business and Colt’s customer Providing invaluable support to sales colleagues as acting as a point of contact for CRM and Sales team development and growth A a conductor, facilitator and empower force for CRM and overall Sales, ensuring serving the business unite to the top of their ability Role purpose Help Sales and CRM teams to excel on their roles A dynamic person to oversee and manage the smooth running of our training programmes for client relationship management and sales development In this role you will own the CRM onboarding, CRM development and support and in parallel Sales development support With a wide range of responsibilities, this is a job for someone that likes to be at the heart of things, enjoys challengues and uses creativity to modernize the way we engage with our stakeholders, solves problems and gets stuff done With customer satisfaction on the heart of their plans, ensure sales effectiveness programme have the buy-in from the business Key accountabilities Help design, execute and optimize trainings and development experiences for CRM team and in occasions Sales teams Understanding/or learn and help optimize our solutions, processes, and Colt sales way Help support and shape other Effectiveness team programmes Engage with CRM leaders and other sales and non-sales leaders to ensure internal and externlal client superior experience Maintaing an up-to-date record of inniciatives and help shape the new CRM and Sales development approach Feels confortable with measuring and proving impact of different initiatives It is a motivator, have a focus in empowering and acts as embassador for CRM and Sales development The right person… Will think customer excellence and will bring this approach to all internal and external interaction Will be tenacious – never stopping until the job is done Will love variety and creativity and have an appetite for change – no two days are going to be the same and solve different problems Will seize ownership and take the lead on behalf of our customers and effectiveness team Will be a great collaborator – with all key stakeholders and potential influencers Will be an effectiveness embassador and understanding our customers, their goals, industries and markets Role specific requirements Skills & Experience Previous experience in a role that deals with sales and/or customers relationship management An understanding of networking technologies and products Great written and verbal communications skills An ability to influence people at all levels to get what you need for our internal and external customers A passion for service and excellence Adaptable to changes and ability to manage different projects at the same time A role model of Colt’s culture Any second language is preferable A proven recors of any people development programme A knowledge of learning approaches and able to engage with many different multi generational stakeholder A supporter of inclusivity and diversity in the workspace What we offer: Colt is a growing business that is investing in its people.
