In this role, youwill be the key contact person between our Trade customers and the entireSupply Network (Quality Assurance, Commercial, Production planning,Transportation, etc) while working with an engaged and inspiring team to coverand adapt to the dynamics of our portfolio of customers.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU willhave:

Manage assigned portfolio - Contractual agreement follow-upand accurately set-up master data

Build and maintain business relationship with the customer,through transparency and tactical problem-solving

Lead all aspects of Order To Invoice (OTI) Cycle - pricing,product master data, order entry, inventory, invoicing

Deliver effective and efficient Planning: Ensure the timelyplacement of PO’s in support of automatic daily replenishment and supplementalorder processes; Expedite past PO’s, maintain PO dates and resolve POdiscrepancies; Work with warehouse to handle stock queries; Investigate androot-cause critical supply issues and communicate and provide updates onresolution dates; Inventory management in line with agreed GSC targets andprocesses & Regularly review inventory and ROP levels.

E2E focus: assist in the development and execution ofcontinuous improvement plans, prioritizes and sequences the system backlogaccording to business value

Lead the Supply review meetings with customer and planningteam

Working in a SOX control environment, you will haveresponsibilities at month end and perform system improvements to ensurecompliance
- Qualifications

Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience

Forward thinker: Always in pursue of fresh ideas, boldlybringing an idea to life, in a creative manner
- Digital literacy (including MS package )

Consistent track record of in setting priorities, especiallyunder time pressure
- Open and encouraging communication style
- Good interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
- Proficient in English both speaking and in writing
- Preferred:
- Supply Chain certification (e.g. APICS, etc)
- Increased cultural awareness
- Excellent analytical mind
- Experience in Pharmaceutical industry
