Your mission at Webhelp 

You will work on a project of a financial services and digital payment company, recognised for the innovation it brings to its industry. 

Your mission is to create enthusiasm around the services offered by our Client and to solve with accuracy and efficiency the emerging problems that customers may face. You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job. 

What you will be doing at Webhelp 

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

  • Provide support and information about digital payments (by phone, live chat or e-mail) 
  • Advise customers on the choices they can make 
  • Keep track of customer interactions 
  • Process and manage customer accounts 
  • Help to resolve complaints and propose solutions for customer requests 
  • Own and manage customer engagement and interaction ensuring all agreed quality attributes are met and exceeded 
  • Identify secondary (possible or hidden) customer needs and attempt to add value accordingly 
  • Contribute to our Client's brand image and improvement of services

  • Are fluent in Portuguese and English 
  • Have an analytical mind and pay attention to details 
  • Have basic PC skills (Microsoft Office is a plus)
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills 
  • You are proactive and like to work in a team
