What you’ll experience at Webhelp As a Customer Advisor in our team, you will: Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations Manage multichannel interactions (voice, back-office, and chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience Develop your tech skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client Grow with the team and share achievements together Whom we’d like to have on our team We’d like to meet people from all backgrounds, with a penchant for knowledge and curiosity.
