Job Description Job Summary: Our client seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their Customer Service Department as an Entry-Level Customer Care Representative. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support, answering queries, and offering solutions to meet their health insurance needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and accurate manner. Provide information and guidance on health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage. Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and renewal processes. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the health insurance industry, products, and regulatory standards. Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and quality assurance. Participate in training and development sessions to improve knowledge and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
