Project scheduling - the PM is responsible for project planning construction and updating. Project budget and profitability - the PM is responsible for the project profitability Permanently monitors and controls expenses. Drives appropriate actions to comply with the budgets. The PM has to manage the change requests, change opportunities, or claims opportunities. Risk Management.
