MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor Daily operation of CS team and solve troubleTrain and support junior CSR to work in a productive/ lean/ efficient waySupport to set up SOP to meet the spirit of SPEED and ACCURACYCheck the material validity and price effectiveness in SAPGenerate quotes upon Accounts Managers’ or customers’ requests in SAPEnter valid orders to initiate product shipmentWorking with supply chain to make sure goods arrival to meet customer’s required delivery dateContact with customer to make sure the valid certificates for chemical goods or DGsManage orders to ensure complete and on time deliveryCreate on time invoices upon delivery or completion of installationManage returned and defective products to Logistic Centers and provide credits to customersContribute to continuous quality improvements to ensure business complianceTake ownership of customers’ issues and resolutionsEnsures highest level of customer satisfaction(internal and external)QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)Bachelor Degree, with 2 -3 years of customer service relevant experience will be a plusInternational trade / logistics major or related experiences will be a plusKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIESGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work successfully in a team environmentGood customer service, analytical and problem solving skillsKnowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applicationsSelf motivated and demonstrates initiative and result orientedMust be able to communicate in French& English (Verbal and Written).We will use the personal information that you have submitted to us in order to consider your application for the relevant role. Your privacy is important to us.
