Descrierea jobului


This is a seasonal job for two to three months. We are looking for a talented professional with passion for customer service to work with our international eCommerce customer and their online customer support. This will be a remote position, so you get to work from home - yet still be a part of the amazingly proficient and global BrandBastion team!


Process and answer customer inquiries
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Problem-solving customer issues
Choose and implement the best solution to fix the problem
Follow up to ensure resolution
Provide the best customer experience
