POSITION: CS Back Office Supervisor (Customer & Pricing Master Data) REPORTS TO: Back Office Area Lead Europe (located outside Romania) RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures the workload of the Customer and Pricing Data is managed timely and with quality Ensures the policies and data structures are executed as defined Delivers refreshed trainings on policies to the team Reviews the processes with the Senior Gate Keeper, Area Leads and Process Improvement Team to drive efficiency gains Provides clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on monthly basis to the team and ensures successful achievement Actively Participates in Back Office calls as and when required Is responsible for all Human Resource processes related to the team (recruitment, time & attendance, onboarding, performance management, engagement, development and learning) Controls day to day business (workload balance, ensuring work is done timely and accurately) Maintains good working relationships with all relevant stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer service front office, credit & collections etc) Coaching, motivating and development of the Team, including multi skilling programme. QUALIFICATIONS Passion for service, able to mobilize a team to deliver excellent results Proven successful people management experience Good skills in coaching and development of people Financial awareness Experience of consistently meeting deadlines whilst working within a highly pressurized environment Excellent process improvement skills. Advanced level of SAP in Master Data, Pricing and Deal Management tool Numerate with high attention to detail, methodical, ability to copy with large amounts of data Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities Excellent administration/organization skills and prioritization of workload Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written High levels of drive/motivation and initiative Able to lead change Excellent Knowledge of English and University degree Advanced skills with standard Microsoft Office applications (Google apps, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
