We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support across digital channels while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.????????????????????????????????????
What are we looking for:
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) – B2 level or higher;Strong communication and problem-solving skills;Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail;Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools;Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is an advantage, but not mandatory.Nice to have:Experience with live chat, email support, or social media channels;Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk);Experience in e-commerce or technical support environments.Your responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and other digital channels;Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and policies;Troubleshoot customer issues and offer clear, effective solutions;Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures;Document interactions accurately in CRM systems;Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets;Maintain a customer-focused, empathetic, and professional communication style.
