About the RoleAs a Data Analyst on the Downstream Operations Team, he or she will be involved in a broad range of tasks, combining independent work and collaboration with various stakeholders with the aim to deliver timely and high-quality research to clients.Job Responsibilities• Update the data related to the entities that are the subject of our research and maintain them in all internal systems – either from a business perspective or technically• Address and close tickets as per business agreed timelines• Support the client relations team by providing information related to the research entities existing in our products• Perform coverage checks of clients’ or prospects’ portfolios of available research coverage of available entities, according to clients’ or prospect needs.• Support and monitor the timely delivery of research by maintaining close communication with several research teams related to entities that need to be covered with research and monitor the deadlines of specific deliveries• Collaborate with ICT teams to provide the necessary configuration of the internal and external tools and platforms to enable access for specific stakeholders• Collaborate with various stakeholders in the company to innovate the way we deliver data to achieve operational excellence• Perform Research Gap Analysis in database, of client portfolios that have been automatically matched to our internal data – update Research Teams about which entities need to be researched• Map our 3rd party corporate data, to our internal data• Work with DOT Upstream Product Pillars to implement new product launches and process improvements• Work with DOT Operations Project Manager to implement organizational project activities and requirementsQualifications•Familiar with Financial Markets environment, at least two years of experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Team Player; with a positive attitude; willingness to roll up the sleeves and deep dive into finding answers to simple yet multiple layered questions and providing solutions to complex problemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with meticulous attention to detailsAbility to work towards fast moving, strict deadlines, that are set with high-quality standardsFlexible mindset with strong ability to adapt for constantly shifting business requirements and needsProficient business English oral and writing skills (the company’s working language is English);Nice to have• Master or bachelor’s degree in related discipline - business, finance, science, or ICT• Project Management background is highly appreciated,• Knowledge and understanding of the services industry (preferably the financial service industry in combination with the SRI/RI market)• Passion about global sustainability issues like environment protection or human rights.• Knowledge about Capital Markets.
