About the role: Currently, we are looking for a Data Analyst with at least 5+ years of experience who will join our team in Gdansk. Responsibilities: Uses SQL, PL/SQL, Data Visualization, Analytical Skilling to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets,Removes corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems,Lead data validation efforts with the data governance team identifying errors in data & potential areas for process improvement; build consensus by facilitating broad collaboration with clear communication and documentation,Provide high-quality, backend support (tools, processes, information) coupled with timely research & data-driven insights,Extract data sets, perform analysis and build financial models to support pipeline, coverage, renewal, or other initiatives,Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports,Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality,Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems,Filter & clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate & correct code problems,Work with management to prioritize business and information needs,Model data in order to create quantitative models including forecast, operational, & statistical models of business dynamics,Manage the team of Business analyst & data related projects. Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience,5- 7 years of experience,Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver findings of analysis,Collect and analyze data to draw insight and identify strategic solutions,Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, manage implementation, and drive delivery of projects,Work with business and/or engineering stakeholders to create data pipelines and reports to provide insights and provide business recommendations,Develop a comprehensive understanding of Google data structures and metrics, advocating for changes where needed,Ability to understand the implications of data analysis and build a strategic story from this data,Experience in project management planning tools and Google Workspace is critical,Confident user of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
