Data Analyst Business Manager in Bucuresti

Purpose of the role:The Reporting and Analytics Lead leads the data analytics department and oversees the activities of the team [approximately 10 people]. In this role, he/she ensures that the GFSS in its various departments understands its own KPIs, health, finds growth levers, and identifies opportunities for optimization. The Analytics Lead leads the business through all efforts that drive business performance and potential by using the existent and new data sources and techniques.The Reporting and Analytics Lead additionally leads the data analytics department in the development of a departmental culture, policies, and strategy. The role will involve the Analytics Lead getting his hands dirty and solving hard analytical problems for the global finance shared services.Responsibilities: Central function to adoption of CELONIS across GFSS and IQVIA.Celonis governance, target operating model.Identifying values in organization.Deployment and maintenance of CELONIS.User enablement and support.Cooperation with IT.Cooperation with business users, GPOs, SMEs, etc.Project planning.Managing of analysts and data engineers working on CELONIS.Requirements: Managerial experience at least 2 years.3 years of experience working in data analyst field, preferely working in Finance Shared Service.Process managing and process restructuring experience.KPIs reporting, advanced analytics experienceExcellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are a must have for the Analytics/Reporting Lead.Demonstrate skills in Tableau, Power BI or any other data visualization tool.Project management experience
