About the RoleThe Data Operations Manager will be responsible for managing Data Integrity Team in achieving the team mandate. Will lead the improvement and innovation plans to enhance the activities of the team and to explore more opportunities to enlarge the team.The team closely collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders - Commercialization Managers, Customer Success, Inside Sales, Digital Operations, e.g.. In its operations, Data Integrity Team makes use of smart tools and technologies e.g. an internal platform used for deliverable management, data visualization tools, CRM.This role supports the data integrity requirements across multiple products and services, contributing to the delivery of complex projects from multiple teams. This includes, data validation, augmentation, data cleaning, data sorting and classifications, as well as some basic analysis.Team MandateThe mandate of this team is to provide the following services/tasks/responsibilities for SCS:• Buyer Platform data entry/validation• Supplier data collection, data entry, cleaning, matching and validation for Rating Requests• Support data collection, cleaning for Socio-Economic Research• Supports CRM Data Management.Job Responsibilities• Assure the fulfilment of the team mandate, maintain quality standards, meet deadlines and manage personnel assigned.• Lead the execution of hiring including initiating recruiting/relaying with HR, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Programs and ensures Onboarding of new joiners is timely and successful.• Delegation of tasks; primarily responsible for team productivity and quality as per SLAs• Lead by example, engaging the team to achieve goals and acting proactively to ensure smooth team operations.• Coach high achievers, support their career development and monitor performance (through weekly check-ins, workload rebalancing, quarterly OKRs setting and performance reviews).• Track, measure, and report on daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to stakeholders.• Stakeholder capacity management to ensure no impact on project delivery.• Communicate any questions, issues, or recommendations with regards to process, workflow, technology, methodology, team morale etc.• Ensure adequate engagement levels of the staff to drive business results.Qualifications• At least 5-7 years of business experience.• 3-4 years of experience in people management.• Business English oral and writing skills are essential, as the company’s working language is English;• Strong People, Project and Process Management skills• Good research and writing skills;• Advanced excel skills and experience with online data systems like CRM and databases;• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines;• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;• Ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment with competing timelines;• Strong data analysis skills.• Positive attitude and innovative mindset• Alignment with Sustainalytics’ mission, vision and values.About UsSustainalytics is a Morningstar company dedicated to responsible investment with over 25 years' experience in ESG research and ratings.
