Job DescriptionFinancial Officer responsible for supporting local legal representatives and Bosch’s finance network with expert knowledge of Finance and Tax, on behalf of the DCRO (Bosch Rexroth in Romania) legal entity.Oversees and manages Sales Operations (order management, sales logistics, claim management, invoicing, purchasing), Human Resources and Controlling departments. Oversees Purchasing Engineering, Quality and Business Digitalization Office.Preparation of various reports, analysis, and guidance tools, to support all levels of management as well as one-off project cost controlling and tracking of performance measures.Oversees and manages the accurate and timely completion of month-end internal reporting to local management and corporate headquarters for both Manufacturing Plant and Sales operations of the legal entity.Oversees and manages the credit/ receivables management and administration as well as the management of contractual relations with external partners (including partners providing services).Holds responsibility for carrying out internal controls and export control activities.Responsible for the planning, budgeting and forecasting of the legal entity (both Manufacturing Plant and Sales operations).Serve as the primary contact point for the DC-LT Business Unit Management, DCEE Sales Region Management, Controlling organizations in Germany and Romania regarding financial results, explanations and reports.Ensures DCRO’s compliance by adhering to the Bosch Corporate Code of Business Conduct as well as to all local compliance regulations.Works with management to identify and implement continuous improvement processes (System CIP).Manages, motivates and evaluates their team. Drives associate development as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in Accounting and Finance.5+ years of combined controlling and/or legal entity finance experience, including working knowledge of purchasing and human resources’ activities.Experience in international and corporate environment is an advantage.3+ years of experience in supervising and motivating staff.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Analytical and Strategical thinking.Team player with the ability to interface proactively with all levels of staff and management.Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and optionally German. Romanian language skills preferred.
