The primary businesses that Corporate Bank support are Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance and Trust & Agency Services.  CB Technology support these businesses through CIO aligned teams and also by 'horizontals' such as Client Connectivity, Surveillance and Regulatory, Infrastructure, Architecture, Production, and Risk & Control.About Cloud and New Growth Team Cloud Adoption & New Growth Technology acts as the incubator providing the Corporate Bank with a dedicated team that capitalizes on the rapidly evolving technology industry and ultimately capturing additional market share for the firm. Agile teams with specialized skill sets (FinTech-like setup), defining core architectural principles, standardized tech stack with cloud as an enabler and focusing on MVP with go-to-market strategy. A globally distributed team building multiple concurrent projects within the Fintech Enablement domain needs a technical lead to work across regional resources and help planning, building and driving a unified technological and development strategy. What You’ll Do Joining the FinTech Enablement technical team, you will be delivering requirements and analysing potential solutions for products offered to corporate clients interfacing internally with DB systems and externally with IT partners. You’ll work as part of the globally distributed team on multiple concurrent projects and be part of the end to end delivery process from requirements analysis, development and testing.You’ll work with Product management and customers to define the requirements for our products. Requirements are defined through the agile approach as user stories with testable acceptance criteria.You’ll work with Developers within the FinTech enablement team to evaluate and estimate changes.  This includes full technical understanding of the implementation approach including defining technical specifications through uml definitions.Engage with customers to manage product rollout into test and production environments.  This includes managing feature development from ideas to production.Work with QA Analysts and developers on building test cases.
