About the roleWe are looking for a driven DevOps Engineer that enjoys working with the latest technologies and that is passionate about real-time scalable systems and does not back away from challenges. You will be here to develop and create innovative solutions and solve real-time client challenges, collaborating in a distributed international team. Responsibilities:Support, maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure through Python, CloudFormation, Bash, Jenkins and TerraformContribute to maturing the DevOps practices by utilizing methodologies such as CI/CD, Agile, and Acceptance Test-Driven Development.Practice Root Cause Analysis to determine the scope and scale of issue impact. Create epics/stories and construct automation to prevent problem recurrence.Develop repeatable tools and processes for automation, configuration, monitoring, and alerting.Participate in requirements analysis, design, design reviews and other work related to expanding Ezugi’s functionality.AWS:EKS, EC2, RDS, IAM, RedisEKS. Not mandatory but a plus: ✔ EMR, DMS, Kafka, Kubernetes, OKTA (Roles/App Register)Skills + Experience✔ min 3 years of production experience✔ Experienced hands-on Docker/Kubernetes✔ Significant experience with Configuration Management, Agile Scrum, and CI/CD.✔ Experience building, measuring, tuning, supporting, and reporting on high-traffic web services.✔ Comfort following versioning and release strategies with git/GitHub.✔ Experience debugging AWS or other cloud infrastructure.✔ Competence with AWS API libraries, bash, awscli, and scripting with Python.Experience with the "infrastructure as a code" best practices using tools like Terraform, Ansile, CloudFormation etc.Experience working with Kubernetes ( we use EKS ) and associated technologies like Helm, Argo, etcWe are looking for intellectually curious people, passionate about the bigger picture of how technology industry is evolving, ready to ask difficult questions and deal with complicated scenarios.
