KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a comprehensive security strategy to implement security management systems and processes, establish standards and procedures that mitigate risks to staff and systems.
- Provide guidance to technical teams on security best practice, and technical security expertise for new solutions and projects in line with industry standards and Temenos policies.
- Implement and maintain appropriate infrastructure and endpoint security capabilities (firewall review, Antivirus and patching controls, Web control).
- Provide security risk reviews through vulnerability management and penetration testing services across Temenos Group, evaluating the security posture of all corporate IT services and systems, and driving issues to closure.
- Monitor global security events and developments and provide analysis on appropriate risk mitigation strategies to information system owners.
- Monitor the Temenos IT and Cloud environments, investigate security incidents, driving issues to closure, performing root cause analysis, and recommending preventative measures.
- Define, implement, and deliver regular and consistent KPI reports for the Chief Information Security Officer.
- Interface with external service providers for security services as needed.
- SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Certification in Information Security desired, for example CISSP, CISA, SANS.
- Ability to learn quickly and implement new technologies in a rapid, demanding, and changing environment.
- Experience in planning, design, and implementation of security requirements as they relate to system development.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to achieve strategic goals.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimum supervision, you must possess a “can do” attitude and be a positive thinker.
- Strong understanding of well-known attack types such as cross-site scripting, SQL injection, buffer overflows, format strings bugs, et cetera.
- Experience of Internet technologies including TCP/IP, Firewalls, NIDS, SSL, security certificates, encryption technologies, and cloud service providers.
