E-commerce Key Account Manager We are looking for an experienced e-commerce sales expert to join our Key Account Sales team in Bucharest. You'll step into the organisation in the time of significant e-commerce channel growth and have a chance to work towards e-commerce channel growth strategy. What you’ll do:Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targetsManage, develop and strengthen current ecommerce channel in RomaniaNegotiate trade terms with the customers in line with Coty strategy for every annual contractDevelop the Customer/Channel activity planManage the payment schedule and the overdue.Create the Customer/Channel strategy in order to achieve the business objectives( Customer Business Plan )Implement Activity Plan of launched and re-launchesOrganize quarterly meetings with customers for Business Review and Top to Top meetings at least once per year.Prepare, check and approve all the invoices from assigned customersCommunicate and implement the Company price policy.Prepare and maintain active portfolio and price lists for each customer and communicate them to CD Operations(standard product ,new listings, promotional products)Follow and bring up-to-date monthly accruals.Forecast the monthly volumes by customersManage the budgets according with the company strategy.Analyze monthly and quarterly sales for assigned customers and prepare presentations for internal use and for Customer Business Review.Partner with customers to leverage all marketing opportunitiesPioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying opportunities to generate salesManage product descriptions for online marketplace platformsUnderstand marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers and propose activities to grow our brandsIdentify, improve, and simplify operational standards and processes to ensure operational excellenceStay up-to-date with local market development.
