Read more of the job description Read Less Qualifications What will you do?Drive development projects in all phases from specification to release and Supervise complete embedded software development lifecycle;Manage the software team to achieve the project goals in terms of scope, timing and quality and, in case of issues, help it to identify innovative and highly performant solutions;Analyze and review the software requirements and create and design the software architecture; Nurture and manage relationships with the clients to ensure clear understanding of customer needs and requirements.Contribute actively to grow the team through mentorship, knowledge sharing and team spirit building activities.What Makes the DifferenceExcellent, multiple years (minimum 2 years) experience in projects using C++Excellent knowledge of embedded SWExcellent knowledge of object-oriented programmingVery strong debugging skills, documentationExperience with Automation test framework for Unit Level testingGood knowledge of network technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, CAN or Ethernet)Low level Drivers experience: SPI, UART, GPIOs, Bootloaders, Flash driverHands-on Experience on OS - Linux /AGL and AndroidWillingness to work with hardware interfacesGood expertise in operating systems like Windows or LinuxGood knowledge in gitExcellent teamwork capabilityAbility to work directly with (technical) customersFluent English language skillsNice to have:Embedded expertise and experience in automotive industryGood knowledge of RustExperience or knowledge of Hypervisor concepts or Linux containersKnowledge of agile software developmentGerman language skillsWhat’s in it for you?
