MISSION:To enhance the employer brand of Michelin Corporate & Business Services- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -The Employer Branding and Onboarding Manager designs and executes…The Employer Branding strategy:Manages the process of creation, development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the Employer Brand strategy, within Michelin Corporate & Business Services; ensures alignment between the global Employer Branding strategy and local initiatives, adapting to the local context and specificities;Offers support for the recruitment team, creating specific strategies to attract talent in the organization;Develops partnerships with the main student organizations in the target strategy of CBS, by developing interactive programs with students;Coordinates the communication on the most appropriate channels, creating content and managing various touchpoints in the Employer Branding universe: social media, career website, ambassadors’ communities, online & offline events, candidate experience.... The Onboarding strategy:Coordinates pre-boarding and onboarding communications for new colleagues, from the signing of the employment offer until the completion of the trial period;Designs and periodically reviews the onboarding live training sessions, ensuring they offer a qualiative, engaging and relevant experience that upholds the Employer Brand;Builds, trains and coordinates a network of Onboarding Buddies, who offer support to our new hires.... The Internal Communication strategy:Enables the communication cycle plan for CBS Bucharest by linking all major initiatives and mapping them in line with the available communication channels;Creates the Monthly CBS Newsletter, sourcing information from and coordinating a newtork of local communication vectors;Designs and implements internal events, communication campaigns and materials to support the transformation processes in CBS and build engagement;Counsels and offers ad-hoc support to the CBS teams on communication topics....
