Energy Expert in Ghimbav

Our Facility Management department in Brasov is looking for a new colleague to join the team!Main mission: Provides engineering and technical support for project design and implementation and coordinates with facility personnel to optimize the operations and energy use of energy systems and equipment. What you will do as an Energy Expert:Develop tools to automate equipment fault detection and energy analysis using data collect from commercial HVAC systems;Benchmark cost/consumption by store profile and climate zone;Track and report energy savings across the contracted company's portfolio;                                                                Manage/Implement BMS system;                                                 Analyzes systems and equipment to determine optimum operating conditions and diagnose issues impacting energy consumption; develops and recommends strategies to maximize operating efficiency;Works with facility manager to implement effective and innovative energy conservation measures and demand-side management strategies in buildings and facilities;Performs technical energy audits and payback calculations; drafts technical reports on findings;Researches, tests, and summarizes benefits of energy efficiency and renewable energy project concepts;Define and communicate responsabilities and authorities in oreder to facilitate effective energy management;                                                                  Promote awareness of the energy policy and objectives at all levels of the organization;                                                                                                         Conduct and documentan energy planning process;                                                                                                                                                                                           Develop, record and maintain an energy review;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Ensure that requirements regarding the identification and planning of operations  and maintenance activities are being met.  What you will need to succeed:ESH related knowledges/certifications;Knowledge in building construction technologies;Knowledge in HVAC;Knowledge of electrical installations;Bachelors degree in engineering or a scientific subject.
