JavaScript (regular) Golang (regular) We're looking for Engineering Manager with frontend or backend background. As Engineering Manager you will be responsible for managing distributed team (7 people) and working closely with Product Manager. You will lead and shape a team of great specialists (BE, FE, Mobile) helping them grow and helping the company to achieve goals. Together you will shape the vision, strategy, technical architecture, and product footprint of the domain. You will be given a great deal of autonomy and together with other Engineering Managers you will drive the Core agenda to success. The Ad Posting team is a part of the EU Core Seller pillar with main focus around posting and content. You will have the chance to work with high traffic, highly available services which are the heart of our organisation. We have big and ambitious plans so you will have a great opportunity to grow together with the team. This role can be based remotely in Poland, with  access to our office in Poznań or in Warsaw.
