ENGR STAFF, DESIGN_TL – ( 2203800 )Description Technical Team lead or individual contributor on new IP and Product Design. Design innovative and differentiating IC architectures in alignment with product specification and features. Provide support to the field on application or failure analysis. Continuous personal development both Technical and Managerial to support efficient development. Good communicator and willing to share and receive knowledge within their design community. Provide mentorship for junior IC design engineers. Qualifications Studies in Electrical Engineering. 6 years of industry experience in Analog and/or Mixed Signal CMOS IC design. Solid understanding and experience of crafting analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks. Understanding of Layout Development from Floor planning and ESD good practices to tape out. Knowledge of analog mitigation concepts such as device mismatch and layout parasitic elements. Familiarity with Automotive product development processes/tools such as DFMEA. Experience with industry standard IC design software (Cadence, Mentor Graphics, etc.). Professional proficiency with the English language. Ability to collaboratively work within a cross-functional and global team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and skilled at problem solving.
