Equipment Technician I in Oradea

Purpose Statement: Responsible for providing technical support and training on all factory/site assembly production equipment. Key Job Accountabilities: Support Spare Parts Inventory Development (SPID) activities and follow-up with all suppliers to collect the Recommended Spare Parts Lists and identify the spare parts requirements for inventory development of Startup Spares for the project. Understand and follow the spare parts specification and the SPID process in a timely manner and identify all necessary actions to complete the SPID plan. Communicate and work in resolving with vendors/suppliers any non-conformance and liaise with procurement and logistics department in monitoring spares progress and deliveries. Work as an integral part of a team to secure successful completion of the SPID process. Ensure that all requirements to SPID are fulfilled. Additional Accountabilities: Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business. Additional duties as assigned. Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of a One (1) year completed of an Associate's degree in electro-mechanical, manufacturing systems, military electronics, or similar field is required; an Associate' s degree in electro-mechanical, manufacturing systems is preferred. Less than One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred. Individual typically has One (1) to Three (3) years experience in an electro-mechanical/maintenance role. The employee must successfully complete all internal training courses offered by the company necessary to do the job. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
