MISSION STATEMENTStrategy Execution Manager mission is to drive ESO strategy review cadence, ensure persistent leadership team focus on strategic priorities. Mission is to lead the ESO strategy execution in the formulation and delivery of best in class strategy and programs to meet the ESO and organizational aspirations of Zentiva.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIESLeading the ESO strategy execution function, support the creation and drive the execution of tactical plans across the 5 Industrial strategy pillars:1) StrategyAffordable Medicine- CoGs Roadmap (Cost of Goods Sold)Available Medicine- CSL Roadmap (Customer Service Level)Smart Spend- NWC- Inventory RoadmapSmart Spend- NWC- Portfolio RoadmapESO supplier strategy2) Talent, People training & Culture development3) Process improvement4) Digitalisation, System development and transition5) MetricsLead a team with specialist analytic, technical and external supply product and market extension capabilitiesDrive process standardisation and optimisation and SOP codification across the ESO linked to training and onboardingSupport supply chain to drive improvements in data analytics, Power BI and SAP reporting and KPI HandbookQuarterback the SAP S4Hana transition from the ESO business perspective, highlighting risks and helping ensure the transition has the right focus and resourcingOversee Arkieva roll out across ESOProvide ESO leadership to strategic transformation initiatives (eg W&D, ESG, etc)Participate in Zentiva wide strategic activities representing the ESOSupport ESO contributions to ESG and ‘Support the ESO Industrial Exit Plan/Story and lead the transition to the new ownerDevelop peer, cross-functional and intercompany relationships to leverage best practices, maximize reliability and sustainabilitySupport creation of appropriate reporting with the company tools BW, Power BIPrepare strategical outlooks and roadmaps for the initiatives that is linked to ESO Strategic Execution program. Conduct reports for the executive level with mitigation actions against the boundaries for the initiative.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLSSenior leader with strong leadership and organizational skillsStrong team working and collaboration skills and ability to constructively challenge and support functional leadersExpert understanding of external supply and quality processes and supporting systemsProven critical thinking and ability to view problems from different dimensionsExperience in driving organizational changeBusiness management training and understanding of financial investment and business case developmentEnglish: Fluent, Other languages are an advantage
