Purpose of the Job The Executive Assistant is responsible to provide a confidential, effective and professional service to the Manager and his/her team assist the Manager to guarantee time efficiency, communication and organization provide support on any specific subjects linked to the activities of the department Key Responsibilities: Interpreter / Translation activities (EN - RO) Correspondence management for the department manager and teams Monthly Progress Reports for Management Office management Liaising with all department teams and project teams on a regular basis to obtain various information for the managing director Compiling reports for different business reviews Customer liaison – build up relationships with the customers at all levels and become a reliable point of contact for them Travel arrangements – flights/hotel bookings -visa Manage expenses sheets in the e-tools Diary management Email management: where appropriate responding on manager's behalf / filltering telephone calls Provide support in making different PowerPoint presentations Manage daily activities Provide the necessary support to new comers in the team Experience & Qualification: Degree level IT skills – competent user of Word, Excel packages, Internet.
