Executive Assistant/Virtual Assistant for an Ecommerce Business RO in Petrila

Hello, EAs/VAs! I'm Andrej, the CEO of Investors Club, a company that assists investors, entrepreneurs, affiliate marketers, and E-commerce sellers in buying and selling their businesses online. About the role: I'm looking for an EA/VA who is well-organized, intelligent, efficient, trustworthy, and comfortable with repetitive tasks. As an EA/VA, you will be expected to keep the company calendar up to date, manage emails and inbox. This includes scheduling the necessary meetings and conference calls, while being able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at the same time. You should also have excellent communication skills in order to effectively coordinate everything with our customers and employees. You will be in charge of responding to inquiries and ensuring that all customer emails are addressed on time. You should be able to manage customer relationships, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions, while working with little supervision and being able to take initiative. This is 20-40 hours a week on an Hourly Contract Basis Remote position. We are looking for someone based in Europe, preferably Central or Eastern. Responsibilities: Keeping the company calendar up to date, including scheduling meetings, organizing conference calls and managing any changes that may arise Managing emails and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, while maintaining positive customer relationships Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions Keeping track of customer feedback and communicating it to the team Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects at the same time Providing administrative support to the team, such as preparing documents and reports If this sounds interesting to you please proceed to the application!
