Job Description
- Implements the LEONI Operating System within the production facility.
- Defines equipment parameters and prepares work instructions for new product introductions and changes.
- Coaches and trains the Maintenance team, providing support for critical issues and reducing unplanned downtime through Lessons Learned.
- Coordinates procurement, installation, commissioning, and administration of production equipment (receiving, release, system booking, tracking).
- Defines spare parts stock levels and monitors usage.
- Drives improvement initiatives (setup time reduction, process optimization, efficiency, VAVE, and other improvement projects).
- Ensures compliance with defined standards for equipment, processes, software, and systems within Plant Engineering.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement, provides consulting, and contributes to enhanced service delivery.
