Manage problem solving at project and site level Stop the installation/construction works in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework. Records inspection results for construction and/or installation, in all the tools as required Perform follow up for the actions opened from internal inspection, customer, Railway Safety [AFER] (punch lists, 4M, DFQ, process inspections for installations, NCR’s, 8D’s) until closing, and reports progress or blocking points related to field activities Build the construction books as required by the customer quality plan and legislation Perform first characterization & manage NCR’s for non-compliant products for internal responsibility. Performs incoming inspection of materials received and the associated records in the tools required by the process Have ability to accepts or reject products as defined in the working instructions / Expert support. Support installation/construction teams regarding the self-inspection, delegation of control (Training, audit, …) Supports Quality Animation with PrQSM at project level. Performance measurement CONQ objective (for CONQ S1.1 & S1.3). APSYS score for Installation scope. Process Adherence for Installation process NCR, 8D closing on time DFQ [Development for Quality] at project level. Educational Requirements / Experience Degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical…) or equivalent Experience in manage quality management system and ISO 9001:2015 Experience in Railway Safety Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving too Competencies & Skills Technical mastering of railway products. International mindset & fluent in English.
