Finance Manager ( European role) in Cluj Napoca

SPECIFIC  JOB  RESPONSIBILITIES   * This position, along with the Finance Director, is responsible for the Pressure Management (PRM) Europe results on a monthly basis, as well as the full year budget and quarterly President’s Operating Report (POR), balance sheet and trade working capital analysis, capital expenditures, headcount movements, etc * Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly financial reports to the World Area (WA), Global Business Unit (BU), and other stakeholders; including POR, Financial, Profit and other reviews * Explanation of variances in actual results vs forecast/POR * Standardizing and driving efficiencies at the PRM World Area (WA) level * Product Group analysis, business support, and reporting for PRM’s main product groups, including Natural Gas and Industrial Regulators, Pressure Relief Valves, and segments within * Working closely with the PRM sites to analyze profitability and operational performance * Supporting operations and commercial activities, including inventory and capital analysis, quoting process, pricing, profitability, etc. * Analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, SG&A expenses, trade working capital, capital expenditures, etc * Ownership of the recharge process for the BU resources across PRM Europe sites * Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis * Supervision of three PRM Europe Financial Analysts
