Finance process engineer- - - - - - - - - - - -This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 700 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Service Management, Sales Administration and Personnel.The Finance process engineer will have the following responsibilities:Project/Studies : •Through a co-design approach with stakeholders and in coherence with the ambitions and the target process, participates at the design, construction and deployment of processes in his/her perimeter, with the best cost/performance ratio to deliver the expected value for customers and business operation teams, while taking into consideration local needs;• Executes tasks included in the Gantt defined by the Lead Process Engineer (LPE);• Ensures that projects are completed according to the defined roadmap;• Consolidates and propose to the LPE, evolution needs working in synchronization with the other LPEs and Product Owners, to ensure consistency with OCA Package.Change management :• Implement the change plan by making sure the users understood the changes brought by OCA package on their day-to-day work and train them on the End-to-end process;• The detailed Communication and Training Plan is deployed at a good quality level, to the impacted populations in order to anticipate possible risks & resistance and in cooperation with the Transformation Leader;• Builds clear and complete training materials (process and tools). He/she updates the training materials and make them available to the agencies;• Communicates the WHY of each sub-process and makes sure it’s understood by the agency and disseminates the process standards and best practices within the users; • Reports to the Transformation Leader and LPE, on the satisfaction of the users upon the quality of the trainings & workshops delivered, and their level of autonomy at each milestone.Process and Standard:• Describes and updates the processes and associated indicators, making sure that are in line with the target defined by the GPO/BPL, in terms of simplification, standardization and consistency with related processes;• For data quality required for the process, defines the measurement, performance target and monitoring mode;• Identifies, describes and distributes standards to operational teams;• Is responsible for defining and proposing to the LPE new Metier rules and associated structural settings;•Support: Provide level 2 support to the users according to the business criticality and service level defined for the process. • Performs process diagnostic whenever needed, to guarantee the performance of the processes; • When needed, works with the operational teams to analyze till the root cause the process deviations and makes sure an action plan is put in place. Metier Network - By organizing and leading his/her functional Metier network, guarantees knowledge sharing in his/her field:• Animates the actors in his/her process and makes sure they have necessary skills and tools to perform at the right level;• Coach the actors in his/her process to analyze problems untill the root cause, in order to guarantee the performance of the processes;• Contributes to the metier competency development his network members (operational people within the agency).What we’re looking for:Extensive Finance & Accounting knowledge;Good English knowledge;French knowledge-nice to have;Experience with at least one ERP;Availability to travel-around 30% of the job (to be adjusted to the COVID context, if the case).In Michelin, we offer:A multicultural environment based on respect and transparency;Flexible work schedule and home-office options;Meal vouchers and lunch discount;Private medical subscription;Deduction of vacation costs;Dedicated commercial offers from our partners;The option to customize your own benefits package with: gym access, massage or dental subscription, contribution to private retirement pension, deduction of public transport costs.How we recruit: Once you submit your application, one of our recruiters reviews it.
