This is an individual contributor role.Your day-to-day responsibilities include: You handle your projects and project teams in an independent manner You ensure that all projects are successfully completed, delivered on-time within scope and within budget You are responsible for the coordination of your internal project team and external partners for the flawless execution of projects You track the progress, taking into account dependencies and achievements You tackle risks and issues, have mitigating measures in place and provide timely updates to your partners You ensure the resource’s availability and the allocation You handle changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Sign of Success You lead projects and your project teams, independently You make sure your projects are delivered in time, quality and budget Skills we can’t do without: Proven educational background (Master Degree or Bachelor) preferably in the fields of economics, computer science or engineering Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a project manager or project leader for a Finance Function (on Process and/or Organization and/or IS projects) of an international company Technical background with understanding in Finance Function Strong interest for Corporate IT Excellent written and verbal presentation skills Excellent client-facing and internal presentation skills Pragmatic, still highly organized and structured Strong knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook Result oriented with a hands-on mentality English at very good level Skills we’d like: Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2/AgilePM/PSM) is a plus Experience in Financial and/or Payment Industry is a strong asset More reasons to join us: In addition to joining a global leader in digital transformation, you can also expect an excellent range of benefits.
