Qualifications:
• Accounting or Finance degree required
• 3+ years’ experience with significant accounting and financial responsibilities
Competency requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented and demonstrates a “can-do” positive attitude.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others in a team environment.
- Self-starter with solid organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities or reprioritization of projects.
- Excellent communication skills-verbal and written, English and Romanian.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and Word. Advanced knowledge in Excel understanding concepts of databases,
- Filtering data, use of mathematical, logical, statistical and financial functions a plus.

- Analyzes the financial statements of the potential clients, or existing clients, to establish the credit limit that a client can receive.
- Requests the credit limit for each client to the insurance partner. Processes the monthly report with the credit limits for each client.
- Processes reports for the management of the company as requested.
- The credit limit file for the clients including the evaluation of pledges.
- Detailed check of the potential clients and existing on the financial platform.
- Processes the entries and cancellations for AEGRM.
- Helps and assists the Credit Control Department with the processes for recovering debts.
- Helps and offers support with the daily tasks for the Accounting Department.
