Your Challenge Involvement in the Forecast and Yearly Budget planning Participate in monthly financial closing of P&L and balance sheet Analyse financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts Prepare reports for analysing profitability on projects, clients and business lines Provide support during internal and external audit processes Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting Analysis and tracking of sales and cost variances on customer and product level Prepare specific and ad-hoc reports for financial report Your Profile Successfully completed economic studies – accounting, finance or related field (e.g. ASE/Academy of Economic Studies) Min 1 or 2 years of experience in financial positions Accounting knowledge – at least Basics of Accounting Planning, budgeting and cost control principles knowledge Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Experience with SAP (FI) is a plus Computer literate with very good Excel skills English Advanced skills for writing, reading and speaking High level of commitment and willingness to work hard and learn Your Benefit Friendly corporate culture Room for personal growth and responsibility that enables you to grow with SWARCO Flexible working hours and home office possibilities Food allowance, coffee, tea, soft drinks Employee events Health promotion The future of mobility begins today.
