Financial Controller (part time) in Bucuresti

Job Description As a Financial Controller you will ensure the regular and compliant controlling activities and the correctness of the data for assigned area. The position involves development and preparation of KPIs, analyses and reporting tools, implementation of new dashboard and processes across the region, working together with the team on different projects to be implemented. As Financial Controller you will : Prepare internal and external monthly reporting Input and check of figures for external consolidation tool and ensure that figures are correct Reporting and cost analyses on monthly basis and preparing measures to implement Working capital reporting - reports for inventory lists, stock reports, receivables, KPIs Implementing dashboards with data analytics team and contribute with knowledge on commercial and financial aspects Analyse and document of all GAAP’s - clarifying differences and preparing measurements Coordinate, support and prepare of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts in close collaboration with the controller team in our region and the management Prepare different ad-hoc reports for the region, as per the requests received Master data controlling – implementation and communication of new cost centres, internal orders and profit centres Assistance to finance in creating reports for audit Requirements You´ve come to the right place in our team if you have:   Economic education in Finance & Administration / Financial Analytics / Controlling or similar education 2 to 4 years professional experience in Finance/Controlling Knowledge of Accounting processes, IFRS and local GAAP Excellent knowledge of Controlling ( reporting, analyzing, budgeting) Understanding of business processes Excellent IT skills (MS Office, PowerBI, ideally SAP experience) English business fluent Ability to cooperate and work in teams Analytical, independent, structured and precise way of working Benefits What we offer you: Opportunity for part-time collaboration and flexibility Hybrid schedule Participation in a young and committed team Diversified and exciting tasks as well as cooperation with a wide variety of people and functions within the company SC Agentia de Servicii Professional S.R.L. is registered as a personal data operator.
